‘Love & Hip Hop: New York’ Star Peter Gunz Shares First Photo Of Baby Bronx After Amina Buddafly Gives Birth
Cori Gunz is officially a big sister! “Love & Hip Hop: New York” star Peter Gunz announced on Tuesday that his estranged wife Amina Buddafly had given birth to their second child, a baby girl named Bronx. The rapper broke the news by sharing a sweet photo of him holding the newborn.
In the image, posted to Peter’s Instagram account, he’s seen wearing a shirt with the name “Bronx” written on it as he holds his baby daughter. “Welcome to Hollywood Queen Bronx,” Peter captioned the photo. “I’m in love.”
Amina’s twin sister, Jazz Buddafly, also commented on the birth posting an Instagram picture that read, “Hello new life.” Peter and Amina have not released anymore details about the baby or delivery, but VH1.com reported that Bronx was born early Tuesday morning, nearly two weeks after her due date.
Peter previously revealed that the baby was due to be born at the end of July, around their eldest daughter Cori Gunz’s birthday. However, a few days after celebrating Cori’s second birthday Amina posted a photo of her large baby bump writing that she was “past due.”
It was rumored Amina had given birth on Friday, but the former Black Buddafly singer quickly dismissed the report writing that it was all “lies.” She also posted a message on Instagram about going past her due date. “Ask any mom whose pregnancy went into extra innings: Right around your due date, the phone calls, emails and texts start coming,” the post read. “Playing the waiting game during the last few weeks of pregnancy is hard, but it becomes especially difficult when 40 weeks turn into 41 ... or 42. But the first thing to know is this: Your due date is just an estimate. In fact, only 5 percent of babies are born on theirs.”
The birth of baby Bronx comes six months after Peter welcomed his third child with his ex-girlfriend, Tara Wallace.
