‘Love & Hip Hop: New York’ Star Peter Gunz Slams Haters After Tara Wallace Pregnancy Reveal
Fans of the VH1 series “Love & Hip Hop: New York” were not happy when Tara Wallace revealed on Season 6, episode 6 that she was 18 weeks pregnant with Peter Gunz’s baby. Tara’s baby bombshell came soon after Peter’s wife, Amina Buddafly, announced that she was pregnant but had an abortion.
On Wednesday, Peter responded to the backlash by posting an Instagram photo of his kids and slamming fans for criticizing his, Tara and Amina’s relationship.
“Again, I’m not on child support, not one kid on welfare, never asked anyone for help with my kids, yet the out cry is so harsh… Go figure,” he wrote. “Can’t help trusting and believing a man you love… Blame me, not Tara and Amina… But after you blame me f--- off.”
Tara, who already has two sons with Peter, also responded to the backlash writing on Instagram that she was happy about her pregnancy.
“I am in a great space and sorry u guys are so mad! My baby is on the way and my boys and I are so happy,” she posted.
The etiquette coach then added on Twitter, “Whether I found out at 18, 8, or 1 week I was keeping my baby. No one can make me do anything.”
One person who is definitely not happy about Tara’s baby news is Amina. The former Black Buddafly singer took to Twitter earlier this week to slam Tara for keeping her pregnancy a secret for so long.
“Who the hell is 18 weeks pregnant and doesn’t know it?... Only a f---king liar,” she tweeted. “I married a man that acted like a single man. Which made me believe he was single. Call it stupid.”
Tara fired back alleging that Peter and Amina’s marriage is a fraud and she only got together with the rapper to get her American citizenship.
"Love & Hip Hop: New York" airs Mondays at 8 p.m. on VH1.
