‘Love & Hip Hop: New York’ Star Samantha Wallace Insults Yandy Smith And Mendeecees Harris’ Relationship

The shade between “Love & Hip Hop: New York” Season 7 cast members has been ongoing since the reunion episodes, and Samantha Wallace made sure she joined in on things by hurling some insults towards Yandy Smith and Mendeecees Harris.

On Wednesday, Samantha shared an Instagram post that seemed to be aimed at a specific couple. In her post, she wrote that if a woman chooses to be a side chick or mistress to a man for a 10 year period and then allows the man to marry her before he is sent to prison, she is a fool.

“Congratulations u played urself,” she wrote. Although she does not mention anyone by name, it is pretty clear who Samantha is referring to.

Throughout “Love & Hip Hop: New York” Season 7, Samantha and Mendeecees’ other baby mother, Erika DeShazo, have said that Yandy was Mendeecees’ side chick for years before he decided to propose to her.

The couple got married before Mendeecees went to jail to serve his prison bid for federal drug trafficking charges. In 2015, a judge sentenced the reality star to 8 years and 1 month in prison, and once he is finished serving that time, he will have an additional 5 years of supervised release, according to TMZ.

Considering all of the issues she has with Yandy, there is no telling what inspired the sudden social media shade, but it could have to do with the lie Yandy recently admitted to.

During the “Love & Hip Hop: New York” Season 7 reunion, Samantha was attacked by two audience members. When she asked Yandy if she knew who attacked her, Yandy claimed she didn’t even see the fight take place.

However, it was later discovered that Yandy saw the altercation and knew the culprits: her sister and friend.

The VH1 star even admitted that she blatantly lied to Samantha to a fan on Instagram. Needless to say, it doesn’t look like the two women will be on good terms anytime soon.
