‘Lucifer’ Season 2 Spoilers: Episode 13 Photos Show Amenadiel’s Adorable Friendship With Trixie

“Lucifer” Season 2, episode 13 will see Amenadiel (D.B. Woodside) and Trixie (Scarlett Estevez) bonding with each other.

In the photos released by FOX for the winter finale episode, titled “A Good Day to Die,” Amenadiel visits Chloe Decker (Lauren German) while she recovers at the hospital. Her daughter, Trixie, is there with her. Amenadiel and Trixie will have an insightful conversation before she hugs the former. In another photo, Trixie is lying on her mom’s hospital bed as her dad, Dan (Kevin Alejandro), covers their body using a blanket.

Meanwhile, Amenadiel’s conscience will make him regret what he did to Chloe. Thirty-five years ago, Chloe’s mom prayed to God to give her and her husband a child. God heard her prayers and asked Amenadiel to give them a baby. It was later on revealed that this child is Chloe. However, God also had other plans beyond just granting Chloe’s mom’s prayer. He decided to create Chloe so that he can put her on Lucifer’s (Tom Ellis) path when the lead character decides to go to Earth.

Amenadiel would have a lot of explaining to do in episode 13. Some photos showed him talking to Lucifer. Another snap showed him discussing something important with Dan. Both Lucifer and Dan are unhappy with Amenadiel, but the latter previously told Lucifer that God just used him as a pawn to make sure his plan would materialize. In the end, it seems that Lucifer will forgive Amenadiel because one snap showed both male characters tapping each other’s shoulders.

“Lucifer” Season 2, episode 13 will air on FOX on Jan. 30 at 9 p.m. EST.
