‘Lucifer’ Season 2 Spoilers: Who Is Candy Morningstar? New Character To Be Introduced In Upcoming Episode
“Lucifer” Season 2 may introduce a new character in its upcoming 14th episode.
The hit FOX series has confirmed that the title for the installment is “Candy Morningstar,” which had fans speculating that Lucifer (Tom Ellis) could tie the knot with a female character. Other viewers think that Candy might be Lucifer’s sister, who will visit him on Earth to have some fun. Some said that Candy could simply the name of a stripper whom Lucifer will sleep with and marry in Las Vegas.
However, another fan theorized that Candy Morningstar is the disguise that Chloe Decker (Lauren German) would take on while investigating a case.
“Lucifer” Season 2 is on a short hiatus at the moment, and episode 11 is expected to be released on Jan. 16. Since there will be no more breaks for the show afterwards, “Candy Morningstar” is expected to air on Feb. 6.
Meanwhile, the upcoming 11th episode of “Lucifer” Season 2, titled “Stewardess Interrupts,” will see Charlotte (Tricia Helfer) telling Lucifer and Maze (Lesley-Ann Brandt) the truth about Chloe. In the previous episode, Charlotte discovered that Chloe is the miracle baby that her parents prayed to God for. Charlotte’s husband heard their prayer and sent Amenadiel (D.B. Woodside) to grant their request.
A scene from the clip also featured Charlotte telling Chloe that Lucifer turns into a good “person” whenever he is with her. A confused Chloe doesn’t understand what Charlotte is trying to tell her, but she listens intently. In the end, Chloe appears to be in danger as her nose can be seen bleeding profusely. While talking to Lucifer, Chloe tells the lead character that she knows something is wrong with her. Talking about the bleeding, she adds, “It won’t stop.”
