Is Lucy Hale Dating Colton Underwood? Actress Contacted ‘Bachelor’ Alum After Cassie Randolph Split

Following Colton Underwood’s split with Cassie Randolph, it appears “The Bachelor” alum has moved on to “Katy Keene” star Lucy Hale. Sources claim that the actress reached out to the ABC reality star shortly after his breakup with his ex and fellow "The Bachelor" Season 23 star in May.

Hale and Colton were spotted on a hike on Wednesday at Paseo Miramar Trail in Los Angeles, TMZ reported. Insiders told the outlet that Hale contacted Colton after his split from Cassie, and the pair have been spending a lot of time together since.

During their hike, Underwood remained close to the former “Pretty Little Liars” star and neither were wearing face masks. Sources also claimed that the 31-year-old has already had a few “casual hike dates” with Colton.

News of the potential romance comes after Hale’s interview with ET Online on Thursday in which she claimed she felt “more single than ever” amid the coronavirus pandemic. “I feel more single than ever, but it’s fine,” she said.

“If anything during this time it’s taught [me] -- because I’ve done the whole thing basically alone, and I used to hate being alone -- I feel the only way I’m gonna date someone next is if they make my life better because I’m so happy right now having my own routine.”

Hale admitted that she is trying online dating but was hesitant to meet up with her potential suitors. “I’m on a dating site now, and I still never met up with any of them because I’m too nervous. Believe it or not, I’m really shy in that sense,” she explained.

Hale and Colton’s outing comes after the 28-year-old called out his ex-girlfriend for talking about their relationship during an appearance on ABC's “The Bachelor: The Greatest Seasons -- Ever!” The former couple, who dated for two years, shared several posts on Instagram directed at one another before eventually going silent over the disagreement.
