Lucy Lawless was not arrested at Occupy Oakland, a representative for the Spartacus: Vengeance actress has confirmed.
The representative on Friday told AOL TV that the Xena: Warrior Princes star has been in Los Angeles with her family and was not throwing shoes on Oakland streets.
Rumors surfaced earlier this week on the Web that Lawless was arrested after a hurling a boot at a police officer at the Occupy Oakland event. The rumor spread like a wild fire among Twitter and Tumblr users on Nov. 2.
Those hoping to see Lawless in action can watch her in Spartacus: Vengeance, which returns Jan. 27 at 10 p.m. ET on Starz.
