Mackenzie Phillips will reveal an explosive family secret she has kept for 31 years to Oprah in an exclusive interview to be aired on Wednesday.

Phillips, the former star of One Day at a Time and daughter of rocker John Phillips who founded the Mamas and Papas, is promoting a book called High on Arrival that hits stores this week.

Phillips has struggled with drugs and last year was arrested for cocaine and heroin possession at the Los Angeles airport while on her way to New York.

On her appearance on the show she tells Oprah her father introduced her to drugs and shot her up for the first time. She also says that Mick Jagger seduced her and told her he was waiting for that moment since she was 10 years old.
