All eyes were on Jon Hamm, January Jones and the cast of Mad Men on Wednesday, as the premiere event for season five was held at the ArcLight Cinemas in Los Angeles.
Hamm was joined on the red carpet by longtime love Jennifer Westfedlt, who donned a green dress by Kate Spade.
Jones, meanwhile, wore a black and white number by Roland Mouret, paired with back pumps.
Even with just ten days to go before the season officially kicks off on AMC, the cast, along with creator Matthew Weiner have shared little details on the fate of Don Draper and company.
The network has been teasing fans with poster boards and commercials starring the show's lead characters, but video clips used in the promos have all been from past seasons. What we do know is that the season five premiere, which will run for two hours, will be somewhat of a movie, as Weiner explained last month.
I don't think anyone's going to think it's two episodes spliced together. There is a story that starts in the middle of it . . . it's one story. The beginning and the end are related to each other, he told The Hollywood Reporter in February.
Season five will also feature one episode directed by Hamm, who, like John Slattery (Roger Sterling) in season four, decided to try the other side of the camera.
Elisabeth Moss and Christina Hendricks, who play Peggy and Joan on the show, respectively, were absent from Wednesday's season five premiere event.
