Madonna's latest feud isn’t with Elton John or Prince—this time she is keeping it all in the family.

Anthony Ciccone, older brother of pop superstar Madonna, has spent three years living on the streets of North Michigan despite his sister’s estimated $1 billion net worth. The 56-year-old told the Daily Mail Friday that he doesn’t believe the singer cares if he lives or dies.

“Madonna doesn’t give a s**t if I’m dead or alive. She lives in her own world. I never loved her in the first place, she never loved me. We never loved each other,” said Ciccone, who recently served a one-month stint in jail after not being able to afford trespassing and public intoxication fines.

Ciccone claims the feud began after he refused to seek treatment for alcohol abuse, saying he only needs the love from family to cure him and not "brain surgery."

“No family back-up, when the chips fell, no family back-up. I’d rather be working. What would you do under these circumstances when your family has stood against you completely?” said Ciccone.

Ciccone went on to say that his father, Tony, would be “happy” if he were to die of hypothermia despite regularly dropping him off leftovers on the streets.

“He doesn’t want to be bothered; he’s lived his life you see. He doesn’t like me. He doesn’t want me to be me; he wants me to be somebody else. He thinks the way I live is intentional. He simply doesn’t know me,” said Ciccone.

A close family friend to the Ciccones, Kathy Meteyer, said the now homeless man was given a job at the family’s vineyard but was fired after he was found drinking from the vats on the job.

“… He would sneak into the cellars and he would lay on the floor open up one of the big tanks and drink the wine, with a glass,” said Meteyer. “He just can’t come back until he stops drinking because they think it will kill him, it already kind of has,” she said.

Meteyer said the family, including Madonna, has paid for multiple trips to rehab for Cicconne but that the alcohol has “taken over his brain.”

“Anthony just won’t accept help. As a parent you can only do so much before you have to let it go,” she said.

Media outlets first discovered Ciccone living under a bridge in Traverse City, Mich., in 2011.

Ciccone isn't the only one fueding with a celebrity family member. Here are four others stars who are on bad terms with family.

After reports of emotional abuse came from Winter’s camp, the young actress was sent to live with her 34-year-old sister in 2012. Workman allegedly tried to get back at her daughter by attempting to release nude pictures of her to media outlets.

A short while later, McCauley was accused of stealing millions from Cook comedy fortune and was arraigned in 2009.

Former prostitute Alison Carey Scott said she wanted to regain touch with her famous sibling after 15 years of no contact. Scott, 50, didn’t specify the reason for the rift, when she spoke to The Sun in 2012, only stating that she wanted to “mend the mounds” of their relationship. Scott did claim, however, that the singer didn’t reach out to her after she was diagnosed with cancer in 2011.

“Disease” was the world “Friends” actress Jennifer Aniston used to describe her mother in an interview with Vanity Fair in 2005. The actress famously didn’t invite her mother, Nancy Aniston, to her wedding to her now ex-husband Brad Pitt. Aniston’s mom sealed the nail in the coffin of their relationship after she published the tell-all book, “From Mother to Daughter to Friends,” in 1999.
