Malik Beasley's Ex Montana Yao Fires Back At Larsa Pippen Over Denial Of Breaking Up Marriage

Larsa Pippen has slammed rumors claiming she ruined the marriage of Malik Beasley and estranged wife Montana Yao, but the model isn't having it.

Pippen, 46, has been on the receiving end of hate and criticism for weeks after photos of her and Beasley, 24, holding hands in Miami surfaced, allegedly causing the NBA star's wife, 23, to file for divorce. On Sunday, the "Real Housewives of Miami" alum took to Twitter to address the speculations, claiming Beasley was already single by the time she came into the picture.

"Malik and his ex were separated before I ever met him," she tweeted. "That’s a fact."

The reality star's tweet caught the attention of Yao, who immediately refuted her claim.

"This is 100% false. Continue to speak on my name and my relationship and we’re going to have issues. Receipts don’t lie. Let’s not go there. I think you’ve embarrassed yourself enough already," the model wrote.

Pippen and Yao's tweets received attention from Twitter users who have been following the drama. Some showed support for Pippen, while others appear to be skeptical of her claim.

"Damn you need to find your own man instead of being with everyone else’s," one user wrote. "That is not according to his ex-wife...I wonder what role model you are to your kids, mostly daughters," another added.

One backed Pippen's claim, writing, "[Yao] got caught cheating with an NFL PLAYER...her husband and the NFL PLAYER HAD A FIST FIGHT And he been moved out. The lies the wife is telling."

Some also reminded Yao to take out her issues on her estranged husband instead of Pippen.

"Your issues need to be with your husband. You don’t know what he told her. Crazy how many cheat and everyone is always looking to blame the other woman. The man made the commitment," one netizen commented on Yao's tweet.

Yao reportedly filed for divorce on the day she saw Pippen and Beasley's photos. She and the Minnesota Timberwolves star share one child, son Makai.

Meanwhile, an unnamed source told E! News earlier this month that Pippen thought Beasley was already planning to call quits with Yao.

"She thought Malik was in the process of ending his marriage and she wasn't doing anything wrong by hanging out with him," the insider said. "Larsa and Malik are still in touch and are planning to see each other again when the news blows over.”
