‘Mama June: From Not To Hot’ Officially Renewed? Mama June Teases Season 6 Premiere Date

Mama June Shannon may have just leaked the premiere date of “Mama June: From Not to Hot” Season 6.

The 42-year-old reality star and her family are tight-lipped about their ongoing reality series. We TV has also not announced the official renewal of the show, causing fans to worry over whether or not the ax is falling on “From Not to Hot” following five seasons.

However, Mama June’s latest TikTok post might have sparked hope among fans who are eager to see more of the controversial matriarch and her daughters. Mama June posted a video to promote a candle company Sunday, but it was not the firm that caught the interest of her followers.

Some fans apparently asked about her family’s reality series in the comments section, and Mama June did not shy away from addressing the most common question.

“Queen, when are you blessing my TV again?” one fan asked.

“March or April,” Mama June quickly responded.

In mid-November, TV Shows Ace reported that We TV’s decision to renew “From Not to Hot” for another installment was still pending. There hasn’t been an update about the show since then.

As for Mama June, she graced the small screen last month when she and her youngest daughter, Alana “Honey Boo Boo” Thompson, 16, made a surprise appearance on “The Masked Singer.”

After performing Miley Cyrus’ “Party in the U.S.A.” together as wildcard contestant Beach Ball, the mother-daughter duo spoke with People and revealed that they chose the song because they thought “it was a really fun and upbeat song to dance to.”

When asked what made them go to the singing competition together, Thompson said she was all for it for the “fun experience,” adding that it was something they had never done before.

In the same interview, Mama June dropped a hint that they were still in the process of filming Season 6 as she explained that appearing on “The Masked Singer” was their way of giving their fans something to enjoy when their reality show isn't airing.

“We like showing fans that we can step outside the box and do something fun and give them something, another show to watch when our show is just in production. It's all about having fun at the end of the day and branching out,” she told the outlet.

“Mama June: From Not to Hot” Season 5 wrapped up in June. Prior to the finale, the Shannon matriarch assured fans that they “will be back” and that they “were not going anywhere.”
