Mama June Shannon's Daughter Pumpkin Welcomes Baby Girl; What's Her Name?

Mama June Shannon has finally met her granddaughter.

On Friday, Lauren "Pumpkin" Shannon shared a photo of her newborn on Twitter. "Today at 5:01am me and josh officially became parents to a precious 7lb 14oz baby girl. Everyone meet Ella Grace Efird," the new mom wrote.

In the trailer of the "Mama June: From Not to Hot" Season 2, the 17-year-old TV personality revealed that she is expecting. I'm really excited to be a new mom, but there is some challenges that I am gonna have to face, " Pumpkin says (via E! News). "I'm really nervous about having a baby because it does have to come out of my hoo-ha."

Four months ago, she also shared the news on Facebook along with a photo of her fetal ultrasound results. "So now that the news is out me and josh are expecting a little one. So happy to start this new adventure with him I am so proud, Love you baby," Pumpkin wrote.

Meanwhile, for the upcoming new season, Mama June will be joining a beauty pageant. The trailer featured Aliana "Honey Boo Boo" Thompson mentoring her mom for the upcoming competition.

The former "Here Comes Honey Boo Boo" star who has been joining a child beauty pageant teaches her mom how to walk properly. In another scene, she instructs Mama June to leap as the latter practices rhythmic gymnastics.

The whole process is challenging for the mother and daughter duo. "You would never won this," a frustrated Honey Boo Boo tells her mom.

Mama June has already lost 352 pounds after she underwent a number of surgeries for her weight loss journey. The entire process paid off. In August, Mama June showed off her slimmer figure in a black mini dress with cutout shoulder detail.

The reality mom confessed that she wants to maintain her new frame. In fact, she shared her new diet.

"I just watch my portions and cut back on a lot of the carbs. The one thing that I cannot live without is my grapes and cheese," Mama June said. "For me, throughout the years, I've been able to drop the weight. But maintaining it…I guess I became what you call a 'scale whore' because I was constantly beating myself up."
