  • The reality star tested positive for cocaine
  • Mama June's daughters Jessica and Anna also went under the knife to achieve their dream bodies

Mama June Shannon has tested positive for cocaine and cried while denying the results of the voluntary drug screening.

People got an exclusive clip from the latest episode of Mama June’s reality show, “From Not to Hot: Family Crisis.” In the installment, Mama June volunteers to take a drug test, but the results come back positive for cocaine.

The 40-year-old reality star had confessed that she took Fioricet, a prescription medicine for tension headache, and Xanax, a benzodiazepine medication for anxiety and panic disorders.

After getting the results from family therapist Dr. Ish Major, June is shocked before immediately breaking down in tears. She then insisted on taking another test to prove that she was clean.

“No, I promise you I’m not,” June insisted of testing positive for cocaine. “I will take a blood test, I will take five of those. I want to take a blood test to prove that I am not.”

June does undergo a blood test. However, the results have not yet been revealed in the exclusive clip.

Meanwhile, her daughter, Lauryn “Pumpkin” Shannon, feels sorry for her mom. “I really thought I was going to be mad if mama’s drug test come back positive,” Lauryn said in the sneak peek. “But mama's reaction is showing me that she is basically crying for help.”

June’s relationship with her daughters, Lauryn and Alana “Honey Boo Boo” Thompson, has been strained after her arrest in March last year. The 40-year-old TV personality was arrested in Alabama for possession of a controlled substance and drug paraphernalia charges.

June’s boyfriend, Eugene Edward “Geno” Doak, was also arrested and charged with third-degree domestic violence, possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia. However, June insisted that they have completely stopped using illegal drugs.

“We’ve been clean for three months, promise,” she said in the clip.

“Mama June: Family Crisis” airs every Friday on 9 p.m. EDT on WE tv.

In related news, in May, June shared a snap of herself practicing yoga on the beach on Instagram. In the photo, she is sporting blue, floral-print yoga pants and a black T-shirt. She tied her hair up in a ponytail to keep it away from her face.

In the photo, June stares at the waves as she performed a pose. “Namaste,” she wrote in the caption.

June once weighed 460 pounds but shed over 352 pounds after embarking on a weight loss journey that included multiple procedures such as gastric sleeve surgery, breast augmentation and skin removal surgery. Her daughters, Jessica and Anna, also went under the knife to achieve their body goals.
