Mama June's Daughter Jessica Shannon Shocks Fans As She Greets Girlfriend On Her Birthday

Mama June Shannon's daughter, Jessica Shannon, shocked many fans when she posted a sweet birthday greeting for her girlfriend this week.

On Friday, the 26-year-old reality star took to Instagram to share a series of snaps featuring her romantic partner, Shyann McCant. One of the photos showed Jessica planting a kiss on Shyann's right cheek.

The "Mama June: Road to Redemption" star included a sweet message dedicated to her girlfriend in the post as the latter was celebrating her 20th birthday.

"I know it's not 12 yet, but I wanna be the first .......... Happy Birthday, Babygirl. I hope your day is filled with everything and more that you could wish for. These past three months have been nothing but the best and hope to spend the rest of my life with you! Happy 20th babe. I love you tons, baby," she wrote.

McCant quickly reciprocated the reality star's gesture by writing a comment on the post, saying, "Thank you so much, baby. I love you so much!"

Fans were taken aback by Jessica's post, but they quickly expressed their support for her romantic relationship with McCant.

"Ohhh, I didn't know you were gay. I am glad you found someone," one fan wrote.

"Yay!! I'm glad you finally came out. I know I've known for a while now. Congrats! That's a big deal. Happy Birthday to your lady," added another.

"Damn! I always wondered but was never for sure considering, I'm still questioning myself. Congrats on your relationship and coming out," a third user commented.

There had been rumors about Jessica's sexuality after she shared some photos with McCant on Instagram. The speculations intensified when she changed her profile picture to an image showing her and Shyann standing side by side.

In August, Jessica announced via The U.S. Sun that she was in a relationship with the single mom. She even shared exclusive photos with the outlet, including one that showed them kissing near a small tree.

It was not clear when exactly the two started dating, but the tabloid In Touch Weekly reported that they were together as of Memorial Day 2022.
