Man Arrested In Connection To Fatal Royalton Shooting

A man was arrested on Wednesday for his involvement in the shooting in Royalton, Vermont which killed one man and injured another.
Francis Phelps, 29, a Royalton resident was arrested following the shooting at a house on Route 14 on Tuesday which killed George Sun, 41, and injured Dakota Fielder, 26, the Washington Times reported.
According to police, Sun and Fielder were involved in a disagreement with Phelps and another man who was staying at the house.
Phelps is to be arraigned on Wednesday afternoon in White River Junction on charges of second-degree murder, aggravated assault with a weapon, and possession of a fire-arm during the commission of a felony.
Police said that an autopsy on Sun was performed on Wednesday while Fielder is at Darthmouth-Hitchcock Medical Center in Lebanon, New Hampshire and was in fair condition.
