The image of a "weird-looking" fish with human-like lips and teeth is doing the rounds on the internet.

A fisherman in Malaysia caught the fish and immediately uploaded its image on Twitter. The photo has gone viral and has garnered 14,000 likes so far.

The fish has large human-like lips and a set of upper and lower teeth which could be mistaken for that of a human. While some online users cast doubt on the authenticity of the photos, some just added some "body parts" like funny eyes and hands to the image to capture its "human essence."

The fish could be a triggerfish, according to the New York Post. Triggerfish uses flat human-like teeth to crush the shells of crabs and also do the same to other hard-shelled creatures like sea urchins.

This was not the first time that a strange-looking sea creature made waves on social media. Last year, a woman caught a fish with two mouths and its photo immediately went viral.

Debbi Geddes, who caught it from Lake Champlain, told Fox News she "could not believe" that it had two mouths. Surprisingly, the fish was healthy. Considering it a treasure that belongs to the waters, she released it back to the water after taking a few pictures.

The recently caught triggerfish is not the only one that has human-like body parts. In December, thousands of pulsating "penis fish" washed ashore at a California beach.

Ivan Parr, a Western Section of Wildlife Society biologist, said the "penis fish", called the fat innkeeper worm, typically lives underground and would burrow itself in sand or mud. However, a storm could have brought them to shore. While funny-looking, the sea worm can live up to more than two decades. It would eat plankton, bacteria, and other small particles.
