Jobseekers go to great lengths to get noticed by their dream companies. But what a U.K. man did was nothing short of genius. He printed his resume on the flyers of the organization he sought to work for, and as luck would have it, landed the job.

Jonathan Swift, 24, in a creative strategy, recycled the company's own flyers to make resumes out of it and advertised his LinkedIn profile on every single car parked in front of his dream company's office, the Yorkshire-based printing house Instantprint.

What transpired after this was a sheer dream come true — the company's marketing manager, who was in charge of hiring for the position, noticed the man's efforts and offered him the position straight away.

The unique stunt not only got him hired by the company but also catapulted him to viral fame on the internet. Craig Wassell, marketing manager of Instantprint, shared the CCTV footage of the man's antics on Twitter and his creativity impressed internet users to bits.

Wassel said he saw the man in action when he peered out of the window and requested the security for a closer look at the CCTV footage.

The footage shows Swift placing flyers on every car that was parked in the driveway. Wassel wrote, in the description of his post, that the man's application became the talk of the office.

"Did he get you to print them?" an internet user jokingly asked under the post to which Wassel responded: "I hope he did@cowjam! That would be quite the red flag if not."

"When I looked out of the office window, I could already see that someone had been around leaving flyers on all the car windscreens, and upon closer inspection, it became apparent that the flyers more closely were, in fact, an application for the role I was hiring for," Times Now News quoted Wassel, as saying.

"Naturally, we immediately invited Jonathan in for an interview. He’s been the talk of the office since covering everyone's cars in CVs. I love it when we get a #creativejobapplication."

The company received 140 applications in total but it was Swift who was offered the role. He started his new job earlier this month.
