Marc Anthony, 45, And Chloe Green, 22, Vacation In Italy After Reported Breakup [PHOTO]

Chloe Green, 22, and Marc Anthony, 45, are back together after reportedly splitting up in April. Green, the daughter of Topshop founder Sir Phillip Green, has been seen with Anthony, whose Vivir Mi Vida World tour ends in December.

Anthony and Green were recently spotted on vacation in Portofino, Italy, and the two looked happy and in love as they ate at a local restaurant and walked around the fishing village.

After the couple began dating in February, reports of a split surfaced in April. "The pair got serious very quickly and had the blessing of her parents, but it hasn't worked out," a source told the Sun at the time. "It seems to have been Marc's decision to end it."

A spokesperson for Green at the time confirmed to the Daily Mail that they weren't together anymore. It seems they have worked out their differences, and they were spotted walking around hand-in-hand and even went sailing during their romantic trip in Italy.

Despite the couple's two-decade age difference, Sir Green seems to approve of his daughter’s relationship. The New York Post reports they all went out on the town in Miami alongside Chloe’s mother and brother to a club in April. Sir Philip Green has been involved with British Home Stores, Topshop and The Arcadia Group. According to the Daily Telegraph, he is worth roughly 3.3 billion pounds ($5 billion).

Meanwhile, Jennifer Lopez, 44, is still going strong with boy toy Casper Smart, who is 18 years younger than her.
