With the full slate of first-round games of the 2016 NCAA Tournament set to tip off, some of the betting lines have shifted since the field was announced on Sunday. Four additional matchups were added, as well, now that the "first four" games have been played.

No.1 Kansas remains the biggest first-round favorite, entering the tournament as the top overall seed in the tournament. No.2 Virginia is right behind them, and the point spread in their game with No.15 Hampton has increased to 24 points.

After easily getting by Fairleigh Dickinson in the opening round, things get a lot tougher for No.16 Florida Gulf Coast. They are the second-biggest underdogs of Day 1, getting 22 points from No.1 North Carolina. FGCU made history in 2013 when they reached the NCAA tournament for the first time and advanced to the Sweet 16 as a No.15 seed.

Wichita State has a good chance to become the first team to win two tournament games in 2016. After beating Vanderbilt in the play-in game, they are just two-point underdogs against No.6 Arizona.

A few betting odds have moved in favor of some of the lowest-seeded teams in March Madness, indicating potential upsets. No.12 Yale is down to a five-point underdog against No.5 Baylor, and No.13 Hawaii is getting just 6.5 points against No.4 California.

The betting lines indicate that Friday’s schedule could feature more competitive contests than Thursday’s slate of games. Nine teams on Thursday are favored by at least nine points. Five of the Friday games feature point spreads of less than five points.

Below are the updated betting lines for all the first-round games, including the point spreads and over/unders. These are the consensus odds from multiple sportsbooks in Las Vegas, via vegasinsider.com.
