March Madness 2019 truly gets underway Thursday with the first-round of the NCAA Tournament. The opening game will start just as the afternoon gets underway, and the 16th and final game will likely conclude after midnight.

Only one of the four No.1 seeds will be in action. Three No.2 seeds are set to play Thursday. All four of those teams are favored by at least 15 points. Two betting lines are north of 20 points.

The 16 games will be broadcast across four TV channels. Some games will begin later than their scheduled start times if earlier games last longer than expected.
