A married female police officer in Tennessee allegedly engaged in a sexual relationship with six male officers, which led to dismissals and suspensions.
Patrol Officer Maegan Hall and four of the officers she allegedly had romps with, Patrol Officer Juan Lugo, Sergeant Ty McGowan, Sergeant Lewis Powell and Detective Seneca Shields, were fired from the La Vergne, Tennessee, police station, the New York Post reported, citing a December 2022 internal investigation.
Two other officers who allegedly had sexual relationships with Hall — Patrick Magliocco and Larry Holladay — were suspended following the probe, according to the reports.
They all allegedly engaged in wild sexual misconduct, including sending dirty pictures and having sexual activities while on duty.
Officials started investigating the La Vergne Police Department officers' personal lives when La Vergne Mayor Jason Cole received a tip that Hall was sleeping with several fellow cops and had a threesome with Magliocco and his wife, among other claims.
The sexual encounters allegedly occurred at hotels, parties at other officers' houses and on a boat.
Hall, who appeared to have kept her sexual relationships a secret from her husband and asked other officers to borrow money to book hotels, was also accused of revealing her breast while at a "family" Memorial Day boat party with Magliocco and fellow officers David Durham and Eric Staats, the Daily Mail reported.
An "intoxicated" Hall was reportedly force-fed vodka by Magliocco in the hot tub, at which time her top came off. Other officers stopped her from drinking and helped her cover up "to protect her," according to Durham's account.
When questioned, Magliocco confessed to having sexual intercourse with Hall on "numerous occasions," according to the Dec. 28 internal report.
He also said that he had seen Hall and Holladay kiss while watching football at a party and that Hall also kissed his own wife Amy after learning they had an "open marriage," according to the document.
Hall also allegedly performed oral sex on Powell and Shields while they were on duty at the police station and police gym, the report said.
When questioned by investigators, Powell initially denied that he had a sexual encounter with Hall but said "everybody knows she has multiple partners," naming Holladay and McGowan.
After being caught lying about being at the gym with Hall, Powell admitted to it during a follow-up interview, the report said.
Holladay said he had sex with Hall "multiple" times, and McGowan revealed that he once went to Hall's house with another woman and exposed his genitals.
After initially denying having sexual relationships with Powell and Magliocco, Hall later copped to the affairs and also confessed to having sex with Lugo at a motel after they met at a Go Cart center.
Meanwhile, Shields said, "I have never had sex with Maegan Hall," until later on confessing she had performed oral sex on him while they were on duty.
According to Magliocco, Hall once pulled the trigger on an empty gun pointed at her temple "so she could hear what it sounded like" and said she was suffering from mental illness and heavy drinking.
Lugo, Powell and Shields were also dismissed for violating police procedure and lying during the investigation, along with McGowan — who had been witnessed choking an HR employee.
Patrol Officer Gavin Schoeberl was also suspended after exchanging sexual images with Hall, officials said.
HR Director Andrew Patton, who authored the report and conducted the investigation, sanctioned the officers for various penalties "sexual activity while on duty, sexual harassment, conduct unbecoming of an officer and lying during the course of the investigation."
It was further revealed that Hall and many of the male officers had shared lewd text messages and pornographic images of themselves.
"Pornography and offensive pictures in the workplace are forms of sexual harassment. These items are offensive, inappropriate, and can lead to a hostile work environment for other employees," the report said.
