‘Married At First Sight’ Spoilers: Did Katie Cheat On Derek? Affair Confession Teased

“Married At First Sight” Season 10 featured Decision Day on Wednesday’s finale, but there’s still more drama to come. The Lifetime reality show’s reunion might reveal yet another divorce.

Three “Married at First Sight” couples chose divorce by the end of the eight-week filming period, but two stayed together. Austin Hurd and Jessica Studer stayed married as did Katie Conrad and Derek Sherman. (Read the full recap.) However, it looks like the reality show will feature some major reunion drama for Derek and Katie.

In the trailer for the “MAFS” reunion, host Kevin Frazier is seen talking to all the couples five months after Decision Day took place. He gets updates from all of the couples on whether they are still together or remain divorced. Derek and Katie will apparently air some dirty laundry.

“Katie confesses to me how she had an affair,” Derek says.

This couple had some serious issues throughout “Married at First Sight” Season 10. Katie had been torn after an ex admitted he still carried a torch for her, and her jealousy issues surfaced when she saw Derek being friendly with Taylor Dunklin.

Katie’s commitment on Decision Day didn’t exactly feel permanent. She admitted that they weren’t in love yet, but she just wasn’t ready to stop trying. “I feel like we have really been lacking with our emotional connection,” she told Derek. “And part of me just really feels like my heart is not in it and I wish it was at this point. But I’m not ready to give up yet, so I would like to stay married.”

It wouldn’t exactly be hard to believe if Katie is accused of cheating on Derek, but that won’t be the only dirty detail revealed on the “MAFS” reunion stage. Two participants in separate marriages are allegedly hooking up. Could it be Derek and Taylor after their earlier flirtation? Or is Michael Watson one of the new lovers? Meka Jones' ex-husband is the one pictured walking off the set.
