Meek Mill-50 Cent Feud Update: Nicki Minaj Posts Cryptic Messages, Is She Throwing Shade At Boyfriend’s Latest Beef?
Nicki Minaj posted a series of philosophical quotes leaving fans speculating that the singer was throwing shade at boyfriend Meek Mill’s ongoing feud with 50 Cent. The public spat between the hip-hop artist and the rapper started last weekend after Mill dissed 50 Cent in his surprise four-song EP that featured a song called "Gave ‘Em Hope." Following this, the “Outta Control” rapper fired back at Mill saying that he should focus on getting his girlfriend pregnant as his career is over.
On Thursday, Minaj shared four new cryptic posts about ego, love and talent amid Mill and 50 Cent’s feud. Although Minaj did not name anyone in her posts, fans speculated that the philosophical quotes were meant for boyfriend Mill because of his recent public fights with 50 Cent and Drake.
In one of the posts, Minaj shared a quote about love and life, which she captioned, “Searching for ppl who live by this philosophy.” Another post by the 33-year-old rapper was about ego and it went like: “Too much ego will kill your talent.” The remaining two posts were also about ego.
These posts sent her fans to frenzy and some were quick to comment that Minaj was referring to 50 Cent in the posts after he gave an aggressive response to Mill’s “Gave ‘Em Hope” diss track.
“Don’t be hateing [sic] on the real kings and queens of hip hop,” one fan wrote. “She’s talking about 50 Cent...” commented another.
But some fans speculated that her post on ego and talent referred to her boyfriend. “Meek don't deserve You. He Wasn't Ready, and still not ready. Your the Queen,” another fan wrote.
It was reported recently that Mill addressed his beef with 50 Cent on Instagram Thursday saying he submitted to the “In Da Club” rapper's memes. This is not the first time Mill and 50 Cent have been engaged in a public spat. In November, 50 Cent took aim at Mill by mocking the latter during a concert in Sweden over his feud with rapper Drake.
