There were no big winners of the Mega Millions’ $264 million jackpot on Tuesday, but there were two instant millionaires of the night. Two players won the Match 5, securing $1 million each.

The winning Mega Millions numbers pulled on Tuesday, Dec. 8, were 15, 19, 33, 39, 69, with the 3X Megaplier being 25. Watch the lottery numbers being drawn below.

The unclaimed jackpot for Tuesday’s jackpot was worth $264 million with a cash option of $202.6 million. The next drawing for the jackpot, now worth an estimated $276 million with a cash option of $211.8 million, will be drawn on Friday, Dec. 11, at 11 p.m. EST.

While there were two $1 million winners from Ohio and North Carolina pulled during Tuesday’s lottery drawing, other players also won smaller prizes ranging from $10,000 to $2. Eleven players matched four numbers and the Megaplier, winning $10,000 each, while over 414,000 people won $2 for having the Megaplier.

Five Mega Millions players have won jackpots throughout 2020. Most recently, a winning ticket was drawn on Sept. 15 with its Wisconsin winner securing $120 million ($95.4 million cash) with plenty of big winners during the summer.

On June 9, an Arizona couple took home $414 million ($319.9 million cash); on July 24, a New Jersey player won $123 million ($100.1 million cash); and on July 31, a California player won $22 million ($17.9 million cash). In February, a New Jersey player cashed in a ticket worth $202 million ($142.6 million).

Last year also yielded some big winners, with seven Mega Millions jackpots being won. Only five jackpots were awarded in 2018, and 2017 saw six jackpot winners.

The Mega Millions lottery has prizes that start at $2 and range in value up to the current estimated jackpot prize. The lottery said there is a 1 in 24 chance of winning a prize in the drawing.
