The "Transformers" star shared a clip of Kelly's proposal under the banyan tree, where they sat together in July 2020, on Instagram Wednesday. Fox, 35, accompanied it with a lengthy caption detailing how their romance strengthened over time.

"We asked for magic," she wrote. "We were oblivious to the pain we would face together in such a short, frenetic period of time. Unaware of the work and sacrifices the relationship would require from us but intoxicated off of the love. And the karma."

Fox added that after a year and a half of walking through "hell" together and laughing more than she could imagine possible, "he asked me to marry him."

"And just as in every lifetime before this one, and as in every lifetime that will follow it, I said yes," she added before concluding her caption with "and then we drank each other’s blood."

Fox and 31-year-old Kelly, whose real name is Colson Baker, met on the set of the action thriller film "Midnight in the Switchgrass." They were spotted out and about in May 2020, while she was still married to Brian Austin Green, and their sighting sparked rumors that the couple had already split.

Three days after Kelly and Fox's sighting together, Green confirmed that he and the "Jennifer's Body" star had already called it quits.

"It sucks when life changes and something that you’re used to, that you’ve been doing for 15 years, you try and not get rid of but you change," he said in an episode of "...With Brian Austin Green" podcast, titled "Context." "There’s the unknown aspect … there’s that pit in my stomach … I really don’t want Megan and I to be at odds … she’s been my best friend for 15 years and I don’t want to lose that."

Kelly and Fox seemingly confirmed their relationship a month after Green announced their split when they were photographed packing on the PDA. They were spotted holding hands while walking out of a bar and kissing passionately in a car before driving away.

Fox and Green share three children — Noah, 9, Bodhi, 7, and Journey, 5. Austin is also a dad to Kassius, 19, whom he shares with his ex Vanessa Marcil. Green is currently dating "Dancing With the Stars" pro Sharna Burgess.
