Meghan Markle, Camilla Not Feuding Amid Rumors Duchess Of Cornwall Snubbed Her
Camilla Parker Bowles is rumored to be feuding with Meghan Markle.
According to Radar Online, the Duchess of Cornwall has been giving the Duchess of Sussex the cold shoulder. An unnamed source told the tabloid that Markle’s alleged feud with Kate Middleton is nothing compared to what she and Camilla are going through at the moment.
“Camilla doesn’t really talk to Meghan. She is snobbiest and least friendly,” the unnamed source said. “Camilla even told her ‘this is real life and you’re not an actress playing a role,’” the source added.
It has also been claimed that Markle has tried everything to get Camilla to warm up to her but nothing has worked. Markle really wants to be closer to Prince Harry’s stepmom but it has been impossible because Camilla has not been cooperating.
However, it seems that there is no truth to these claims for a number of reasons. First, Markle and Camilla have not confirmed that they have been having problems with each other. The palace has not also said anything so it is highly likely that these are all made up.
Two years ago and while Markle was still engaged to Prince Harry, Camilla gushed over her soon-to-be daughter-in-law during her visit to the city of Stoke-on-Trent. Prince Charles’ wife said that America’s loss is her country’s gain because Markle has relocated to London ahead of the royal wedding.
The Duchess of Cornwall also said that Prince Harry and Markle’s wedding announcement was such a good thing for her family and her nation because it’s positive news that everyone needed.
Camilla’s previous statement proves that she has been nothing but welcoming to Markle even before she became an official member of the royal family. Additionally, the two female royals also share the same passion for dog adoption and this is something that might have helped them get along.
Markle is the patron of the dog charity Mayhew, while Camilla is the patron of Battersea Dogs and Cats Home.
