The Meghan Markle Effect is still in full swing.

According to Dr. Victoria Veytsman, a number of patients were asking for the same teeth as the Duchess of Sussex, Sofia Vergara, and Hailey Baldwin. She believes that the rise in demand was due to their smiles that look really natural. She noted that this is the “trend” nowadays.

Unfortunately, not everyone who wanted to copy Markle’s smile can have it. According to Dr. Sarah Jebriel, there are a lot of things to consider to achieve that look and not everyone will qualify because one’s jaw structure and teeth sizing matter.

“Everybody has different jaw structures and different teeth sizing,” Dr. Jebreil told Daily Beast. “So many people just want this broad, ‘Meghan Markle’ smile full of teeth, but if they have a small mouth and big teeth, you physically can't get that because of the size and shape of what you have.”

Aside from Markle’s teeth, a number of women also wanted to have the same lips and nose as Prince Harry’s wife. According to Nick Milojevic, owner and clinical director of Milo Clinic, Markle ended the Jenner lips trend. In 2018, more and more requested to have Markle’s natural and full lips.

Meanwhile, it was reported in 2017 that Markle’s fans also wanted to copy her nose. Dr. Stephen T. Greenberg told E! News at the time that patients have been coming to see him for months asking for the Duchess of Sussex’s nose. He believed that as Markle’s royal romance with Prince Harry heated up, more people noticed her beauty. He said that Markle’s nose was the number one request he received.

The Meghan Markle Effect is also very prominent in fashion. Whatever she wears or use tends to sell out in minutes after she’s sighted with it. Due to this, Markle was recognized by Lyst as the third most powerful fashion influencer in 2018.

The Duchess of Sussex was behind Kylie Jenner and Kim Kardashian who bagged the first and second spots in the ranking. In 2017, Markle was fourth in the list, while her sister-in-law Kate Middleton trailed behind her on the fifth spot. In 2018, the Duchess of Cambridge dropped out of the top 10 and was ranked at no. 16.
