Meghan Markle Fans, ION’s ‘A Christmas In Royal Fashion’ Movie Is For You

ION Television’s new holiday movie, “A Christmas in Royal Fashion,” which premieres Sunday night, is perfect for all the royal family fans out there.

If you enjoy following the real-life romance between Meghan Markle and Prince Harry, then this Christmas royal romance movie is going to be your new favorite flick. Starring Cindy Busby (“Marrying Mr. Darcy”) and Diarmaid Murtagh (“Age of Summer”), “A Christmas in Royal Fashion” is for all the Duke and Duchess of Sussex fans everywhere.

Here’s why:

“Kristin Cooper [Busby], a talented assistant for a global PR firm, is put in charge of the annual Christmas fashion show and auction for clothing entrepreneur, Mr. Carson [Michael Paré],” the synopsis begins. “A handsome young royal, Prince Patrick [Murtagh], is dispatched by his father, the King of Edgemoor [Robert Fleet], to be the face of the family co-sponsored event.”

The synopsis continues: “Upon his arrival to Beverly Hills, Patrick meets Kristin and is instantly smitten with her, mistakenly thinking she is actually her boss, Melanie [Meredith Thomas]. While Patrick and Kristin spend the Christmas season together in California, she wonders if Patrick would have still fallen for her if he knew she was an assistant, and not the boss.”
