Prince Harry and Meghan Markle are complaining about being royals, according to netizens.

In the ITV documentary “Harry & Meghan: An African Journey” that aired in Australia on Tuesday, the couple poured their heart out when they openly shared their struggles as royals who are often hounded by the media. Many pitied the couple, but some felt that they were complaining about the privileged lives they enjoy.

“I went from not caring whatsoever about the British royal family to actively disliking Harry and Meghan based on these documentary interviews. A princess complaining about her life and a prince airing his problems with his sibling, just urg,” Karol Markowicz wrote on Twitter.

In another tweet, Markowicz explained that her comment was not about Markle being rich but the British royal family being a public role which comes with scrutiny. A different user agreed with Markowicz and stressed that she also finds the Sussexes “insufferable.”

“All I see is a (barely) B rate actress that jumped at the chance to escape the Hollywood circus - and now has the audacity to complain about a life funded by the British taxpayers,” a different user wrote.

“She seems to be complaining about having a mansion, a nanny, full-time household staff, millions of dollars and no real job. Working moms trying to jungle work, homes, new babies while worrying about the bills probably can’t relate,” another netizen opined.

A different user said that she used to like Prince Harry. However, she couldn’t stand how the duke used his mother’s memory to manipulate the public. The same user urged Prince William’s brother to leave Princess Diana out and just defend his wife.

Prince Harry was accused of using the Princess Diana card in defending Markle. Many didn’t like his move of comparing his mother and wife’s experiences with the British media.

Princess Diana’s former protection officer Ken Wharfe said that doing so was a “monumental misjudgment” on Prince Harry’s part. The duke was reportedly wrong in seeing Princess Diana as a victim because the latter was the one who manipulated the media to her advantage.
