Prince Harry is one of the most popular and well-loved royals. However, many noticed that he changed a lot after marrying the former “Suits” star. Considering Markle’s history, as a divorced woman and being at odds with her own family, some felt that the Duke of Sussex made a wrong move in picking Markle as his lifetime partner.

“Meghan Markle is the biggest mistake of prince harry unless she proves me wrong,” one netizen wrote on Quora.

The online user said that “charity begins at home,” but the duchess fails to show this by not extending forgiveness and peace with her own family. Thus, she is not fit to represent the British royal family who are diplomatic in everything they do.

Matt Taylor, former Corporal at Royal Marines who had the chance to meet Prince Harry said that he was a nice chap. However, he also felt that Markle was a bad influence to Prince Harry.

“I think Harry is like Tim Nice But Dim. I think he is malleable and his wife is playing him like a fiddle,” he wrote.

“I have read plenty of stories about her being a shameless socialite, someone desperate for attention and status, and the fact that Harry has been transformed almost overnight from ‘likeable lad’ to ‘[explicit] I’d rather have a conversation with a shoe’ then it seems logical to blame her.”

Meanwhile, Nazia Hassan found Markle to be an “utterly plain looking woman.” For her, Markle is not beautiful at all. She claimed that Markle is not in love with Prince Harry but was in love with marrying a prince and was acting around him.

“Poor Harry. Honestly what a fool. He will wake up one morning and think ‘what have I done?’” she added.

In another thread, many netizens were convinced that the Duke and Duchess of Sussex’s marriage will not last. According to one fan, she found it difficult to believe that Prince Harry and Markle’s relationship will last. A different netizen agreed.

Among the reasons they provided are the “traditional” monarchy and Markle not understanding and respecting the royal family. Meanwhile, others said that it could be due to the couple’s lifestyle differences because their relationship was rushed.
