Although Meghan Markle and Prince Harry lost many of their privileges following their royal exit, it appears their son, Archie Harrison Mountbatten-Windsor, has been enjoying his new life in the US following the family’s move to Los Angeles.

While the relocation will allow Harry and Meghan to have more privacy and become financially independent, a royal expert claims that baby Archie may have benefited the most from his parents’ decision.

Katie Nicholl told Entertainment Tonight that Archie has been enjoying the extra bonding time with Meghan and Prince Harry amid the coronavirus pandemic. “I think he is just about walking,” the royal author explained.

“He’s a very happy little boy, he’s loving life in L.A., and they are still staying at Tyler Perry’s house. I’m told they haven’t found their forever home yet, they’re still looking. They really do love that family time, and they’ve had a lot of that recently.”

Nicholl claimed that the Duke and Duchess of Sussex appreciate the special memories that they have been able to create with Archie. “They both feel very grateful for that time they've had at home with Archie, watching him achieve all of those milestones,” she said.

News of Meghan, Prince Harry and Archie’s newfound happiness in Los Angeles comes after royal photographer, Dave Benett, claimed that Prince Harry was destined to leave the royal family. “This was going to happen to Harry anyway,” he told Us Weekly.

“And I think a lot of people will put too much emphasis on Meghan. … I don’t think he likes the idea of performing for us. And … I think that’s what was happening already. I think his relationship was already starting to break away from the norm.”

Benett appeared to suggest that Meghan and Prince Harry brought out the best in each other.

“Meghan turned up with her whole different outlook, [an] American outlook,” he explained.

“She was probably a great support here with someone who wasn’t thinking in the old royal way, someone who was going, ‘Well, actually, no, you can do that. You know, we can go off and do something.’ And I think that was really what gave him the impetus to go.”

Since Prince Harry and Meghan’s move to LA, the couple has been more vocal about their passions and opinions, something they were prohibited from doing while holding senior positions in the royal family.
