Meghan Markle Returns To L.A. Before Heading To Vacation With Prince Harry

Meghan Markle is back in Los Angeles to spend time with her mom, Doria Radlan.

The “Suits” actress returned to her hometown just 10 days after she and Prince Harry announced that they are engaged. According to E! News, Markle will be in Los Angeles for the next few days, and she will return to London to reunite with her fiancé for the holidays.

After celebrating Christmas together, and possibly spending the holidays with Prince Harry’s entire family, Markle and the prince will be heading out for a short vacation. “They’re looking forward to some sun,” a source said.

While Markle is in the country and Prince Harry is in London, the two stay connected through texting. A source close to the actress revealed that the couple is both heavy texters.

The source also shared that Prince Harry loves using emojis in his conversations with his fiancée. They also FaceTime each other all the time to stay connected despite the distance.

Meanwhile, Markle and Prince Harry will be tying the knot in May 2018 at St. George’s Chapel at Windsor Castle. Details about their wedding are still being kept under wraps, but there are reports suggesting that Prince Harry and his family will be paying for everything.

According to E! News, Prince Harry has also asked Prince William to be his best man. Traditionally, royals don’t have a best man at their wedding. Instead, they have “supporters.” Prince Charles, for instance, asked his brothers to be his supporters when he married Princess Diana in 1981.

However, Prince William broke royal tradition in 2011 when he asked Prince Harry to be his best man at his wedding. Kate Middleton’s sister, Pippa Middleton, served as her main of honor.

Middleton will not have a part in Markle and Prince Harry’s upcoming nuptials because she would have just given birth to their third child then. But Prince William and Middleton’s kids, Prince George, and Princess Charlotte, will have roles in their uncle’s wedding.

The daughter of Markle’s best friend, Jessica Mulroney, will also have a part in her and Prince Harry’s wedding. As of late, Markle has not chosen her maid of honor.
