Meghan Markle Rumored To Be Feuding With Priyanka Chopra For This Reason

Meghan Markle is rumored to be feuding with her good friend Priyanka Chopra.

Richard Johnson, a journalist for Page Six, claimed that the “Quantico” star was crushed when she found out that Markle could not make it to her wedding. This was also the reason why Chopra did not attend Markle’s baby shower in New York last week.

It was reported last week that Chopra was busy with her bookings and meetings in Los Angeles last week, and this was apparently why she was unable to attend the lavish party.

“Their friendship is over unless Meghan apologizes. Priyanka is a huge international star with tremendous social media following… She is probably more famous worldwide than Meghan is… She feels Meghan didn’t respect her and didn’t respect their friendship,” a source said.

Chopra’s spokesperson declined to comment regarding the issue. But a source close to the actress said that there are no issues between the two women. Markle and Chopra are still friends and anyone who would say otherwise is wrong.

Markle and Chopra have been friends for years. Last year, the latter even gushed over the latter during her interview with Harper’s Bazaar Arabia.

“It’s natural for people to be like, ‘Oh that’s Prince Harry’s girlfriend,’ but she’s a lot more as well… So I do think Meghan being a part of the royal family is a big step in the direction of so many things; of women, of feminism, of diversity, of race, of the monarchy versus everyone else… It’s a beautiful step in the right direction,” she said.

Chopra and Markle were last seen together on May 19, 2018, at Prince Harry and Markle’s royal wedding at St. George’s Chapel in Windsor Castle. At that time, Chopra was not yet married to Nick Jonas so she attended the royal event with her friends.

Jonas and Chopra tied the knot on Dec. 1, 2018 at the Taj Umaid Bhawan Palace in Jodhpur.
