Meghan Markle Shock: Duchess Could Cause More Embarrassment To Royal Family With Acting Career

Meghan Markle could reportedly cause further embarrassment to the royal family if she decides to relaunch her acting career after Megxit.

While speaking with Express, Eric Schiffer, the chairman of the Reputation Management Consultant, claimed that it is very likely for the Duchess of Sussex to return to her acting roots.

“Meghan will pursue acting causing immense embarrassment for the Royal family and drive more public backlash. Hollywood, in the end, will dump Meghan and chew her out the way she and Buckingham Palace ditched each other,” he said.

Markle didn’t have an easy start in Hollywood. She reportedly struggled to get cast in roles that’s why she dated her ex-husband, Trevor Engelson. Prior to their relationship, Markle was cast in lesser-known roles, and she was also one of the briefcase models on “Deal or No Deal.”

It was only in 2011 that Markle got her big break in Hollywood after she was cast as Rachel Zane on “Suits.” However, she was forced to give up her role after she got engaged to Prince Harry in 2017.

Despite Schiffer’s prediction, one of Markle’s close friends said that it is unlikely for her to return to acting. While speaking with the New York Post, the Duchess of Sussex’s pal said that Prince Harry's wife has absolutely no interest in acting again.

“She’s not going to be a Marvel hero or a Disney princess — none of those things. It’s completely fabricated, and completely at odds with their plans. It’s simply not a conversation that has happened,” the friend said.

Markle’s pal’s defense came after rumors swirled that the “Suits” alum asked her agent, Nick Collins, to help her find a role in a Marvel movie. But by the looks of it, this claim isn’t correct.

In July, Prince Harry was heard telling Disney CEO Bob Iger that Markle can do voiceovers. His remark was seen as the Duke of Sussex’s way of helping Markle find a job after Megxit.
