The Duchess of Sussex has not shed the extra pounds she gained after giving birth to Archie. However, she still looks great in her clothes. In fact, she was able to recycle some of her maternity outfits.

According to a stylist, Markle uses four wardrobe tricks to achieve a flattering figure. Speaking to FEMAIL, Rochelle White said that Markle’s tricks includes a shirt dress to show off her hourglass figure, midi length to hide unwanted attention, V-neck to show off a nipped-in waist and cap sleeves to add femininity.

“The best thing about these shirt dresses is that they are very flattering to many people's figures,” the stylist explained. “They have a good fit and with Meghan she is making smart choices on the tailoring and fit of each of her dresses.”

Stylist Susie Halser agreed that the shirt dress is the perfect choice to achieve an hourglass silhouette because it shows off “perfect proportions.”

“Meghan wore a blue belted shirt dress which accentuated her tiny waist. This is also a nod to her chic style and personality,” Halser said about Markle wearing a shirt dress. “It’s feminine with just the right amount of masculinity to make it a powerful piece to wear. It ensures she looks slick and timeless without too many frills or fuss.”

Earlier this year, netizen wondered why Markle has not lost the weight she gained during her pregnancy like her sister-in-law Middleton who achieved her pre-baby figure quickly. According to Deanna Eppers, Middleton has good genes and a long and thin body.

Meanwhile, another said that Middleton didn’t gain so much weight like Markle because she suffered from extreme morning sickness. Middleton endured hyperemesis gravidarum during her three pregnancies.
