Meghan Markle Will Never Achieve This One Thing Princess Diana Already Did
Meghan Markle can't do the things Princess Diana already did.
The Duchess of Sussex is often compared to the late Princess of Wales. In fact, some people believe that she will be the next Princess Diana. However, for Paul Burrell, Princess Diana's former royal butler, Prince Harry's wife couldn't achieve what his mom already did.
"It’s astonishing that one woman could change the course of the Royal family," Burrell said on Yahoo documentary "The Royal Box" (via Daily Star). "Meghan can never do that, it’s been done."
"It was done by her mother-in-law," he continued. "All Meghan has to do now is to follow Harry and project the Royal family into the future."
In the same interview, Burrell also reminded Markle to be careful with what she wants in life after joining the Firm. According to him, Princess Diana learned it the hard way.
"I think, yes she did want to be famous, she's got everything that she wanted, but I [also] think 'be careful what you wish for' because sometimes it's not all that it seems," Burrell said. "Diana found that out, at an early age. To be a royal princess sometimes, losing your anonymity, losing that freedom, that's a big ask for any woman in today's society."
Burrell had been working for Princess Diana for years when she was still alive. In fact, he knows a lot of things about the princess. In his past interview, he revealed that Prince William and Prince Harry's mom had a premonition about her death. Princess Diana already told him months before the automobile accident that she would die in that manner.
"Her words were 'these next few months, are the most difficult months of my life. I fear my husband is going to kill me. In an automobile accident. With head injuries. In order that he can remarry,'" Burrell recalled. "That is spooky. She predicted her own death nine months before she died.
Meanwhile, Prince Harry and Prince William felt bad with the media for chasing their mom that resulted in the accident. The Duke of Sussex was not pleased that instead of helping Princess Diana, they just took photos of her.
"She had quite a severe head injury but she was very much still alive on the back seat. And those people that caused the accident, instead of helping, they were taking photographs on the back seat, and then those photographs made their way back to news desks," Prince Harry said.
