Meghan Markle Won’t Have ‘Hand-Me-Downs’ From Kate Middleton For Baby Nursery

Kate Middleton and Meghan Markle could possibly become closer when the Duke and Duchess of Sussex’s baby arrives.

There are rumors that Prince William and Middleton are feuding with Prince Harry and Markle. According to reports, the two duchesses couldn’t get along well with each other. However, some sources claimed that it’s actually Prince William and Prince Harry who are at war.

Royal commentator Angela Mollard shared her thoughts about the two duchesses on New Idea’s podcast “Royals.” According to her, Middleton and Markle could become closer when Prince Harry and Markle’s baby arrives.

“I think actually when Meghan has a child, I think that will bring her and Kate closer together,” Mollard wrote. “I think that, sometimes, when you have children, it makes all the irrelevant stuff melt away.”

Mollard added that she would like to think that Markle would lean on her sister-in-law. However, she doesn’t think that they will have hand-me-downs.

“I don’t think they’ll be having hand-me-downs from the nursery, though!” the royal commentator added.

The Duchess of Cambridge and Duchess of Sussex’s rumored rift reportedly began in Christmas 2017 when Prince William and Middleton invited Prince Harry and Markle in their Norfolk home at Prince Charles’ request.

Markle was reportedly judged as "downright rude" upon arrival. Middleton also said a few words to the pregnant royal that Markle didn’t take well.

Markle complained to Prince Harry that she had been told off. The Duke of Sussex immediately took her side. On the other hand, Prince William defended Middleton who was pregnant with Prince Louis at the time.

Despite their rumored rift, the fab four continued to attend joint engagements together. But the rumors about their rift worsened last year.

Despite the speculations, Middleton and Markle appeared friendly when they joined the royals’ traditional Christmas morning service. They were all smiles as they chatted along the way. On the other hand, Prince William and Prince Harry appeared distant and ill at ease.

Prince William, Middleton, Prince Harry and Markle’s feud reportedly intensified when they decided to not repeat their reunion for the Royal Foundation Forum. The fab four made their first official engagement together in the annual event last year.
