Meghan Markle’s ‘Brave’ Outfit In Grenfell Video Made Fun Of By Presenter
Meghan Markle’s outfit in the Grenfell video for her new cookbook was recently made fun of by “This Morning” presenter Phillip Schofield.
Fellow presenter Holly Willoughby called Markle’s decision to wear a white outfit while cooking as brave. Schofield said that the move is a very royal thing to do.
“She’s cooking in a white shirt! How royal is that?” Schofield said (via Daily Mail).
“I know, she’s brave, isn’t she?” Willoughby replied.
The hosts of “This Morning” also had some of the dishes that Markle and the Grenfell fire survivors made replicated for the show. Willoughby said that the vegetable samosas and caramelized plum upside-down pie smelled so good.
Markle appeared in the footage promoting the new cookbook “Together: Our Community Cookbook,” a collection of recipes by the Hubb Community Kitchen that includes a foreword by the former actress.
“I immediately felt connected to this community kitchen; it is a place for women to laugh, grieve, cry, and cook together. Through this charitable endeavor, the proceeds will allow the kitchen to thrive and keep the global spirit of community alive,” Markle said in the clip.
In related news, Markle recently made headlines after a psychic claimed that Prince Harry has reconciled with her dad Thomas Markle Sr. In the past, the “Celebrity Big Brother” alum went as far as saying that Thomas and Prince Harry met in Canada.
“I believe that they have both made a trip to Canada. I believe there was a meeting of sorts with her father – whether that be on the phone or Skype,” she said (via Express).
Morgan also claimed that Markle will get pregnant before the year ends. She also said that 2019 will be a restructuring year for the royal family.
“I think next year will be a restructuring year for the royal family. I’m not saying death, but I think there will be someone stepping aside,” she said.
As of late, the royal family is still headed by Queen Elizabeth II, who is already 92 years old.
