Meghan Markle’s Dad Thomas Markle Will Reportedly Launch Menswear Line

Meghan Markle’s dad, Thomas Markle, will reportedly launch his own menswear line, says daughter Samantha Markle.

On her Twitter account, Samantha shared the news with her followers and wrote (via Daily Mail), “So excited about my father’s new #clothing line for men! Will keep you posted.”

Samantha didn’t share other details about her dad’s latest venture, and it is unclear if it is even true. After all, the book author was previously involved in her dad’s staged photos controversy. Samantha revealed that it was her that encouraged her dad to team up with the paparazzi and pose for photographs ahead of the royal wedding.

After reading Samantha’s post, one of her followers criticized her and Thomas.

“Meghan’s father launching clothesline. Scam is his clothes going to have a label that says ‘100% made from money I made belittling my daughter in the media!’ Was with care made of 100% green vile that came from Sam’s mouth,” the Twitter user wrote.

Thomas’ recent venture could be his and Samantha’s way of cashing in on the royal family. Last month, the latter acknowledged the fact that this is something that they have been doing since Markle dated Prince Harry.

“Let’s face it, we all have to survive. Money makes the world go round, so if you want to call cashing in, that’s fine, but I think no one in media would refuse a paycheck for talking about the royal and, as a family, we’re not subject to royal protocol. With all due respect, it’s not just Meghan. We’re entitled to share that. I don’t think there’s anything wrong with that. It’s not disparaging. It’s not harmful,” she said on “Good Morning Britain.”

In related news, Thomas has also been criticizing his daughter during his interviews. He recently revealed that the former actress cut him out of her life. He also called Prince Harry rude.
