Meghan Markle’s Half-Sister Samantha Claims She’s Piers Morgan’s Cousin, Has Blue Blood

Meghan Markle’s half-sister, Samantha Markle, recently claimed that she is the cousin of Piers Morgan.

On her Twitter account, Samantha shared her thoughts about a story published by Express claimed that Markle has blue blood because she is descended from Scottish King Robert the Bruce. Samantha said that she’s equally related to the king because she and Markle share the same dad.

“I am equally related to Robert the Bruce throughout father. I was firstborn Markle to our father. I have blue blood and naysayers STFU. It’s not just Meg folks,” she wrote (via Daily Mail).

In a follow-up tweet, Samantha went on to say that she and Morgan are also related.

“Hey, this is really the Matrix because apparently, Piers Morgan is my cousin distantly as I am a direct descendant of Robert the Bruce of Scotland. My father is, I am, Meg is, my brother is, our uncles are,” she tweeted.

Samantha also tagged Morgan in one of her posts and told him that they are related. He also urged him to be nicer. As of late, Morgan has not yet reacted regarding his alleged connection to the Markles. But he recently called the Duchess of Sussex a social climber.

Morgan said that he and Markle used to be so close, but things changed when she started dating Prince Harry.

“I put her in the cab and it turned out to be a cab that took her to a party where she met Prince Harry. The next night they had a solo dinner together and that was the last I ever heard from Meghan Markle. And I never heard from her again. She ghosted me. Meghan Markle ghosted me,” he said (via Express).

Morgan said that he really liked Markle, but he also thinks that she’s a slight social climber.

“At her wedding, there was just one member of the family there, the rest couldn’t be risked, it was considered too dangerous. But I didn’t really like being ghosted like that, it was a bit of a strange thing to do,” he said.

As of late, Markle has not released a statement regarding her half-sister and Morgan's claims. The Duchess of Sussex is not allowed to talk about personal matters as a member of the royal family.
