Meghan Markle’s Reaction To Seeing Her Wedding Dress Again Revealed
Meghan Markle was astonished at the sight of her wedding dress again.
The Duchess of Sussex’s reaction to seeing Clare Waight Keller’s creation is featured in the teaser for “Queen of the World.” The documentary series will feature the members of the royal family speaking about Her Majesty and the Commonwealth.
In the short clip, Markle’s eyes widen in amazement at the sight of her wedding dress. In the next scene, she tells the woman she’s talking to that they will be kept busy in the coming days. The clip was taken just days before Markle’s dress was prepared for a new exhibition for the Royal Collection.
Markle’s bridal gown featured intricate details such as hand-embroidered flowers from each of the 53 countries in the Commonwealth, the Wintersweet, and the California Poppy.
A palace spokesperson told People that Markle will take part in a conversation and stand-up chat for “Queen of the World.” The documentary will air in two parts on ITV.
Sophie, Countess of Wessex, and Princess Anne are expected to give sit-down interviews in the documentary. Prince Harry, Prince William, and Prince Charles will all appear in various behind-the-scenes moments.
“As the family and world leaders discuss the importance of the Commonwealth to the Queen, the series will document the way in which she passes her knowledge and experience to the younger generations,” ITV said in a statement.
In related news, Markle also made headlines recently after it was revealed that the Duchess of Sussex may be visited by her mom, Doria Ragland, in London this week. The 61-year-old yoga instructor, who will be celebrating her 62nd birthday this month, was photographed at the Los Angeles airport on Tuesday.
Ragland was accompanied by an airport staff, who helped her with her luggage. The mom of one was wearing a white long-sleeved top, green bootleg pants, and sneakers during her sighting.
According to People, it is possible for Ragland to fly to London to support Markle during her first solo engagement at Oceania on Sept. 25. The Duchess of Sussex also released a cookbook with the Grenfell fire survivors to help raise funds for the community kitchen.
