Meghan Markle’s Sister Samantha Slams Prince Harry’s Fiancée For ‘Pricey’ Engagement Photos

Meghan Markle’s sister, Samantha Markle, once again opened up about Prince Harry’s fiancée during a recent interview.

After slamming the former actress about not helping their dad, Thomas Markle, financially, Samantha also criticized her sister’s engagement photos. The pictures were released just days after Markle and Prince Harry announced that they are already engaged.

“If you can afford $75,000 for a dress, you can afford $75,000 to help your dad. That’s how I feel. That’s who I am,” she said (via Good Housekeeping).

Markle and Samantha’s dad filed for bankruptcy in 2016, and according to Samantha, the actress has never helped him. Thomas currently lives in Mexico, and he has been keeping a relatively low profiles.

After Markle and Prince Harry’s engagement was announced, Thomas said that he is open to walking his daughter down the aisle. But as of late, it is still unclear whether or not he will be attending the royal wedding.

Thomas has not also said anything negative about Markle, but it seems that Samantha has plenty of things to say about her younger half-sister. Last year, Samantha announced the title of her book, and it did not sit well with Markle’s supporters.

Around the same time, Samantha also claimed that Hollywood changed Markle. According to Metro UK, she said, “The royal family would be appalled by what she’s done to her own family. The truth would kill her relationship with Prince Harry.”

Samantha is also known for speaking her mind against Markle, who she has not spoken to in years. In the past, she criticized Markle’s lifestyle blog, The Tig, and said that there are more important things in the world she could focus on other than bags, shoes, food, and travel.

But Samantha has not only “trashed” Markle; she has also done a similar thing to her own family. According to the Daily Mail, she slammed her own mom and accused her of being a racist. “She trashes Meghan, she trashes me, she trashes her dad, her brothers. She has just been trashing everybody in her life forever,” she said.
