Meghan Markle’s Staff Displaying ‘Anti-American’ Attitude Toward Prince Harry’s Wife

Meghan Markle’s staff is displaying an “anti-American” attitude toward the duchess.

It has been reported that a number of Markle’s aides resigned in less than a year. Just after six months from joining the royal fold, the Duchess of Sussex lost three staff. Recently, her bodyguard quit her job and royal fans didn't like it.

According to a source, these incidents happened not because of a falling-out but due to clashes in culture.

“I think what we’ve seen is a clash of cultures rather than a serious falling-out between anyone,” a former royal aide told the Telegraph.

“You have to remember that when people join the royal household, they ultimately expect to be serving Queen and country, not necessarily an American actress who has starred in a legal drama on the telly.”

The insider added that there is a great deal of goodwill toward Harry. However, Markle remains to be an “unknown quantity.” Royal author Penny Junor revealed earlier that the couple lost a part of that goodwill due to the former “Suits” star’s family feud.

Markle refuses to speak with her dad, Thomas Markle Sr., who has been exerting effort to reach out to her. Some royal experts already advised the duchess to sort out her issues with her family.

Meanwhile, an insider revealed that Markle could be difficult. The Duchess of Sussex reportedly has very high standards. She starts her day at 5 a.m. and discusses her ideas with the staff on how to shape her role.

On the other hand, Middleton is better when it comes to handling people, for she is more discreet than her sister-in-law. She is very considerate when she’s with her staff.

“However, there’s a different degree of respect in the royal household and Kate has always been very careful about how she has acted around staff,” one source said.

Middleton and Markle were rumored to be feuding. A report claimed that at one point, the Duchess of Cambridge scolded the Duchess of Sussex for berating the former’s staff. Middleton reportedly found Markle’s behavior toward her staff unacceptable and urged Prince Harry’s wife to leave it to her because those people were working for her.
