Melania, Donald Trump's Son Barron Urged By Netizens To Pursue NBA Career

President Donald Trump’s son Barron is being encouraged by some to become a future NBA star.

In history, there hasn’t been an immediate family member of a U.S. president who succeeded in the NBA. However, this could all change in a couple of years as Presidential son Barron presents a strong case to become a future NBA star.

Trump's youngest son, Barron Trump, was recently pictured with his dad and mom, Melania. And while there are many issues Americans want President Trump to address, there's only one thing people on the internet focused on in the said photos – the notable height of Barron.

The 13-year-old quickly went viral online as photos and videos of him walking with his parents to board Marine One show him towering over his father. Trump, who is listed by his private physician as around six feet, three inches tall, was evidently a couple of inches shorter than his youngest son.

Since Barron isn’t really a public figure (despite being the son of the POTUS), his exact height has yet to be confirmed.

As he is rarely seen in public, social media users were quick to express shock at Barron’s seemingly extensive growth spurt since Trump's inauguration in 2017.

Many even joked that if he will be able to maintain his impressive growth, the young Trump could see himself as good prospect in the NBA.

In fact, Barron is already earning comparisons with one of the best NBA players today. Business Insider noted that others compared him to seven feet, three inch tall Latvian star and Dallas Mavericks power forward Kristaps Porziņģis. Female journalist Christine Rousselle even described Barron as "the world's tallest 13-year-old” in a tweet.

The Mail Online also noticed Barron’s height and headlined one of their tweets about the incredibly tall kid: "TRUMP TOWER."

President Trump last made the headlines related to the NBA shortly after Lakers legend Kobe Bryant died due to a helicopter crash in California. Many noticed that the POTUS’ message was too similar to that of former US President Barrack Obama’s.

“Trump’s tweet about Kobe is remarkably similar to Obama’s,” journalist Aaron Rupar wrote on Twitter along with screenshots of the two politician’s tweets.

Several Twitter users also have the same observation. For them, the president copied what Obama just wrote. Others even accused Trump’s wife Melania of writing the tweet.

The first lady was first accused of plagiarism when she delivered a speech at the opening day of the Republican National Convention in Cleveland on July 18, 2016.
