The libel lawsuit terms between first lady Melania Trump and British tabloid The Daily Mail have been changed. Mentions of Trump's potential monetary brand losses in her new role were amended from the lawsuit, WWD reported Tuesday.

The libel lawsuit against Mail Media Inc., which was filed by Trump earlier this month, was targeting claims in a Daily Mail article that the first lady had previously worked for an escort service. The $150 million suit outlined that damage had been done to Trump’s brand. The story, which was written last August, was taken down, according to the New York Daily News.

The complaint, filed by attorney Charles J. Harder, removed mentions of missed monetary opportunities and was filed in Manhattan Supreme Court on Tuesday. Some might recall Harder's name from the infamous Hulk Hogan sex tape privacy lawsuit against Gawker lawsuit last year. Harder was lead counsel in that case.

The lawsuit claimed Trump “had the unique, once-in-a-lifetime opportunity as an extremely famous and well-known person, as well as a former professional model and brand spokesperson and successful businesswoman, to launch a broad-based commercial brand.” It also stated the ventures could have “garnered multimillion dollar business relationships.”

Mentions of potential “product categories” were taken out of the lawsuit, as well. Ethics were called into question when the suit was originally filed. Harder had said in a previous statement that Trump “has no intention of using her position for profit and will not do so,” according to the Associated Press. The outcry following Trump’s mention of monetary gain from her position as first lady followed talk concerning conflicts of interest in the administration of President Donald Trump, her husband.

An adviser on ethics for former President George W. Bush said the first lady's original suit was “an unprecedented, clear breach of rules about using her government position for private gain.”
