Melissa Kellerman: Twitter Account Deleted After Jason Witten Post
After being accidentally tackled by Dallas Cowboys tight end Jason Witten, 29, during the team's Thanksgiving Day win against the Miami Dolphins, Melissa Kellerman tweeted about the incident the next day and was reportedly forced to delete her account.
CNBC's Darren Rovell reported that the 22-year-old cheerleader was forced to delete her Twitter account after posting two messages on Friday regarding the incident.
Nothing hurtin' today, like some of y'all thought I would be! Our TE isn't as tough as he looks...That or I'm WAY tougher than I look, Kellerman tweeted.
I'm not the best at Jason Witten trust falls, the other tweet stated.
Though the tweets seemed good-natured and funny, the Dallas Cowboys reportedly pulled the plug.
Kellerman is a leggy brunette from South Carolina who is studying to become a teacher, according to Yahoo! Sports.
Witten is a 6-foot-6, 265 pound guy. He was running out of bounds on the first play of the fourth quarter and could not avoid hitting Kellerman. She first seemed shocked at the incident but quickly rebounded and then surrounded by her two teammates who were checking that she was OK.
