Merrill Lynch's Houston energy trading desk gets personnel moves: report
Merrill Lynch’s energy trading operations in Houston are having a switch in some key trading positions, Bloomberg reported on Thursday.
The Bank of America unit lost the head of its energy trading desk chief as Jeremy Taylor is no longer with the firm, people familiar with the operations at the company told Bloomberg.
Other departures include Andrew Davis and Matt Schicke, who traded electric power and coal, people said, according to the report.
Pat Abercrombie will lead Americas Basis and Physical Gas trading, the report stated. Michael Carson and Ste Wolf will be co-heads of Americas Power. Arden Majewski will lead Americas Financial Gas.
