Entertainer Michael Barrymore has been charged with cocaine possession, being drunk and disorderly after a car crash in Acton, West London, on Tuesday Scotland Yard has told the media.
According to Sky News, details of the crash are just being revealed but so far it is known that the 59 year old was held around 4.30 a.m. on Tuesday after a Citroen DS3 hit a kerb.
Barrymore and another man were arrested and both have received bail.
Sky News reported that police weren't sure who was behind the wheel. The investigation continues.
Barrymore will go before a judge at Ealing Magistrates' Court on Dec. 7.
