Michael Bublé, Luisana Lopilato Update: Singer Supported Wife On 'Fair Market Value' Set, Producer Says [EXCLUSIVE]
Singer Michael Bublé and wife Luisana Lopilato shared an ultrasound picture of their baby-to-be Thursday, but that’s not the only thing the couple has planned for the future. The Argentinian actress is starring in the 2016 film “Fair Market Value,” her first American feature film.
Though Lopilato, 28, might not be well known in Hollywood, the actress is a television star in her native country, South America and Europe. She has appeared on several series, including “Lobo” and “Casados con Hijos” (a remake of "Married ... With Children"). She has nearly 5 million Twitter followers and posts to her official page regularly.
That could change in the near future, though. Judy San Roman, the producer of the “Fair Market Value,” said she was “extremely familiar” with Lopilato’s work as an actress since they are both from Argentina. “It was my vision that Lu would have America fall in love with her,” San Roman said. “Lu has exceeded my expectations.”
While Lupilato was working on the set of “Fair Market Value,” her husband would stop by with their son, Noah. “The Bublés are an extremely close-knit family. He would hang on set with Noah, to cheer Luisana on. They are the real deal,” San Roman said. “So in love and just a beautiful family.” The cast and crew of "FMV" were "elated" to hear the Bublés were expecting another baby, the producer added.
The world got a glimpse at their family when Bublé, 39, shared an Instagram photo of the sonogram. He even teased about baby No. 2 being a boy or a girl. “Good morning world! Today we got the first look at the newest addition to our family!” he wrote. He didn’t share the gender of the child and added in hashtag form, “who cares as long as it’s healthy.” The picture garnered nearly 90,000 likes from his 1.1 million followers and generated hundreds of comments.
